Make A Difference
Our volunteers make it possible to help those affected by Hurricane Michael return to a safe home. As a volunteer you will be doing steps of the rebuilding process ranging from demo to hanging dry wall to applying a fresh coat of paint. There is no experience necessary and everyone is capable. All safety gear and materials will be supplied for you.
April Team Challenge
In the month of April, we are challenging you to gather a team of friends, family, neighbors, teammates, etc, and put in some service hours. The team that accumulates the most total hours in the month of April will be rewarded. Accepting the challenge is simple. register to volunteer and designate your team name in the group field. Can’t be here to volunteer or want to support a team from afar? Hours can be “purchased” for $50 an hour in your teams name. Just signify the team name when you donate.
What Volunteers are Saying
I do want to say that volunteering with Hope Panhandle was a great experience for me! I meet great people who really did great work. They were from different places! The young and old men and women worked together to help a family in need. It was great to meet the family and friends that we were helping! I plan on doing more work for Hope Panhandle in the weeks to come. I gained new friends and learned new skills in the process! — Kathlene McCraw
Your generous donations will go toward our continued efforts by providing essential supply items to local residents in the devastated areas. In addition, HOPE Panhandle, Inc. is helping families remove fallen trees and install tarps to patch damaged roofs. The immediate focus is Relief, then the campaign will switch its strategic focus toward Rebuilding and Revitalization.
